ITA group and its founder Mr. Antony Gerasimou enjoyed the honor of receiving an award by the Greek Wind Energy Association (ELETAEN).
The President and founder of ITA Group Mr. Antony Gerasimou was awarded the AIOLOS Entrepreneurship Award for his pioneering, decisive and long lasting contribution to the development of RES in Greece.
The award was presented by the former Chairman of the Parliament Environment Committee and Vice President of the Steering Committee of the Global Water Partnership Organization, Dr. Dionisia Avgerinopoulou.
The award ceremony took place during the New Year’s traditional cake cutting celebration for 2017, on Saturday, January 21. The ceremony was honored by the presence of numerous prominent politicians, businessmen and scientists such as the former Parliament President Mr. Dimitris Sioufas, former Minister of Environment, professor Giannis Maniatis, the former General Secretary of Environment Professor Costas Mathioudakis, the Public Relations manager of RAE Mr Dionysios Papachristou, the President of the European Federation for Renewable Energy Sources (EREF) Mr. Savvas Seimanidis and the Chairman of IENE Mr. John Chadjivassiliadis.
